[ Service system ]
"Customers first" is a principle carried out by "Dragonmen" since its foundation. In order to improve quality of service and provide customers convenient ,in time ,high-efficient service , our company construct a series of guarantee service system guided by advanced theory, taking the head of the company as center, considering 22 branches as carriers, forming a series of integrated system of service which is at the base of strict quality management system,strong technology, high-efficient and fast solution for customers' problems.
Service system of "Dragonmen" is made by five organizations:
1. Headquarter 's supporting organizations of core technology
Headquarter's core technology organization is made up by technical staffs , they own; abundant practical experience in network communication; experience in ' Dragonmen' production; certificate of engineer; ability of analysis and handling . They are responsible for most technical support ,equipments' installation ,maintenance , clients' training ,communication of technology ,remote debug, track and solve problems fed back from market.
2. Customers' service organization at headquarter
Center of customers' main task is; service for pre-sale and after-sale ,disposal of clients' material ,collecting complaints and suggestions fed back by clients, coordinating different departments' work.
3. Assorting organization for headquarter's study and development
She is made up by experts of study and development and high supervisors of sale department, they are responsible for solving problems appeared during the implement of nework, improving and developing relevant hardware and software requested by clients. Products' monitoring center is made up by monitoring engineers and technical managers, there are perfect network equipments in the center, construction of environment and revivificaion of malfunction laid for problems, deep technical analysis for special products and providing amending suggestions.
4. Branches in each place
Managers of each branch are trained by 'Dragonmen" , he who get qualification as manager should pass the examination . They all own a lot of practical experience in 'Dragonmen" production. They can work out scheme of product by your practice of environment and purpose ,and also own some ability of technology.
5. First-class agent's branches of Dragonmen
